Capability
Digital Experience & Product
Plenvi is a wellness lifestyle brand designed to help people create softer, more intentional daily routines. The brand brings together a mobile wellness app and a refined line of physical products, including journals, reusable bottles, routine cards and ritual kits, to make everyday wellbeing feel more calm, beautiful and personal.
The identity is built around the idea that wellness does not need to feel demanding. Plenvi is not a loud productivity tool or a clinical health app. It is a gentle routine system shaped by warm cream, deep forest green, soft sage, muted clay and natural textures. The brand feels premium, nature-inspired and human, with a tone that encourages small steps rather than pressure.
The project brings together brand identity, app direction, product design, packaging, photography style and digital-to-physical ritual logic. The app supports planning, habit rhythm, breathing breaks, journaling, hydration and evening wind-downs, while the physical products extend those rituals into the home, desk and bedside.
The result is a complete wellness brand experience built around one clear idea: calm routines for a fuller life.
Chapters
Challenge
Wellness and productivity often ask people to do more. Track more, optimise more, improve more and keep up with another system. For many people, that pressure creates the opposite of what they are looking for: less calm, less space and less emotional ease.
Plenvi needed a softer route. The brand had to support structure without stress, wellbeing without clinical language and progress without pressure. It needed to feel useful, but not demanding. Premium, but not cold. Natural, but not generic.
The challenge was to build one connected wellness ecosystem across app screens and physical lifestyle products. A daily dashboard, routine builder, journal, bottle, cards and ritual kits each needed their own role, while the wider brand had to feel calm, consistent and intentional.
At the centre of the project was a simple question: how can a brand help people shape their day more gently?
Direction
The creative direction for Plenvi is built around calm routines and natural daily rhythm.
The brand world is soft, warm and grounded. Deep forest green gives Plenvi its calm authority. Warm cream and sand beige create quiet space. Soft sage brings a natural wellness cue. Muted clay and peach add warmth to highlights, progress states and small moments of encouragement.
The logo direction uses a refined serif wordmark supported by a small botanical leaf mark. This gives Plenvi a premium lifestyle character while keeping the brand rooted in nature, ritual and everyday use. A clean sans serif supports the app, product details, instructions and interface labels, making the system calm but practical.
The voice is gentle and supportive. Plenvi does not tell users to optimise their life. It encourages them to return to small rituals, notice progress gently and create space for what matters. Lines such as “Small steps. Calmer days.” and “A softer way to shape your day.” set the tone for a brand that helps without pushing.
The direction avoids tech-heavy styling, aggressive habit language, clinical wellness cues and generic mindfulness imagery. Plenvi should feel like a quiet companion for everyday life.
System
The Plenvi system connects digital routines with physical ritual objects.
The app is the organising layer. It helps users plan routines, take breathing breaks, track simple wellness actions, build morning and evening rituals, explore guided content and personalise their preferences. The interface uses warm cream backgrounds, rounded cards, deep green navigation accents, sage icons, peach highlights, botanical illustrations and generous spacing.
Core app areas include Today, Plan, Routines, Explore, Wind Down and Profile. The experience is deliberately gentle. Instead of aggressive streaks or performance language, Plenvi uses softer prompts such as “You’re building a rhythm”, “Return when you’re ready” and “Small progress still counts”.
The physical product system brings the brand into daily life. The Wellness Journal supports planning, reflection and gratitude. The Reusable Water Bottle supports hydration rituals. Routine Cards provide offline prompts for breathing, focus, gratitude and evening reflection. The Desk Ritual Kit supports calm work and planning. The Sleep and Calm Kit supports evening wind-downs.
Packaging follows the same quiet principles: textured cream cardboard, embossed green logo, botanical icon, matte finishes, soft landscape illustration and simple product information. QR or NFC details can connect each product back to the app, allowing a journal to unlock prompts, a bottle to connect to hydration reminders and routine
The system gives Plenvi a clear brand code: forest green, warm cream, botanical marks, soft illustrations, rounded UI, natural materials and gentle ritual language.
Expression
Plenvi’s expression is soft, natural and personal.
Photography should feel real rather than staged. Morning light, warm wooden tables, linen textures, ceramic mugs, journals, plants, calm desk setups and quiet bedside scenes create a world that feels lived-in and emotionally grounded. The brand should feel close to everyday life, not like a polished wellness cliché.
Product imagery should focus on tactility and use. A journal opened on a desk. A hand writing a reflection. A reusable bottle beside a laptop. Routine cards placed near a bed. A phone showing the Wind Down screen in soft evening light. Each image should make the ritual feel easy to understand and pleasant to return to.
The app expression should feel spacious and low-pressure. Cards, prompts, progress notes and navigation should be simple, warm and readable. The user should feel guided, not managed.
Across social, website and packaging, the brand should use calm copy and useful prompts. Examples include “Create space for what matters”, “Designed for calmer daily rituals” and “Return to your rituals whenever you need them”.
Plenvi’s expression works best when it feels quiet, tactile and human.
Impact
Plenvi’s impact is best understood as brand and design value rather than measured commercial performance.
The project creates a connected wellness ecosystem that can move across app design, lifestyle products, packaging, content and ecommerce. It gives the brand a clear structure for helping users build routines without relying on pressure-based productivity language.
The work also gives Plenvi a distinctive position between wellness, planning and lifestyle. Instead of treating wellbeing as another task list, Plenvi frames routine-building as something softer, more personal and more emotionally sustainable.
The digital and physical system gives the brand useful depth. The app provides structure. The journal supports reflection. The bottle supports hydration. The cards support offline pauses. The kits turn wellness into a tangible home or desk ritual.
The result is a calm, premium and human wellness brand experience designed for daily use. Plenvi shows how digital planning and physical products can work together to help people create more space in everyday life, not by doing more, but by moving more gently.
